We’d love to see you! Come meet our friendly alpacas as well as the local wildlife around the Ambersun Alpacas farm. To ensure that you are well accommodated, please ensure you book a tour time slot with us before you visit.

GETTING HERE

The entrance to Ambersun Alpacas is around 2km south of Mount Compass along the Victor Harbour Road. The drive is around 50 minutes from Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

  • Our property is vast so there are plenty of parking space on premise. Please give us a call when you arrive for your tour and we’ll ensure someone is there to greet you.

  • Baby feeding is featured in our farm tours and is a popular activity, however it is seasonal and is not always included in the tour. Please give us a call or inquire via email before hand so you know what to expect.

  • South Australia experiences mild winters and a warm, dry summer. It has an average maximum temperature of 29°C (84.2°F) in summer and 15 - 16°C (59 - 60.8°F) in winter.

    Autumn (April-May) brings stunningly sunny days and cool nights for The Fleurieu Peninsula region. This is the best time to visit.

  • We do not have any food or drink shop on the farm but we are located only about 4 minute drive from the near by Mount Compass town.
